Oracle Fusion · EBS · Salesforce · AI

The ERP holds the data.I make it answer.

Business consulting and satellite modules built around Oracle Fusion and EBS: everything the standard product leaves out —the close, the receivables book, the collections forecast, incident investigation— built to fit and, increasingly, with AI inside the workflow rather than beside it.

01 — Capabilities

From the business process
to the line of code

I start by understanding the accounting or commercial process, and I finish by handing over something that gets used on Monday morning. No layer in between.

Oracle Fusion & EBS

Financials end to end: General Ledger, payables and receivables, fixed assets, cash management and the full close cycle. Subledger Accounting, mapping sets, legal entities and ledgers.

GLAP / ARFASLABI Publisher

Satellite modules

When the standard product falls short, you build alongside it: purpose-built applications that read the ERP live using each user's own credentials, with no data replication and no parallel database.

RESTRead-only SQLPer-user sign-in

Applied AI

Models placed inside the real workflow: they read an incident, propose the queries, run them against the chosen environment and write up the report. Plus conversational voice that genuinely handles calls.

ClaudeOpenAIGeminiVoice

Data and analytics

Rebuilding a balance as of a past date, reconciling it against the standard report and explaining the difference down to the cent. Analysis is worth something when someone can defend it in front of an auditor.

ReconciliationForecastingExcel

Salesforce

The commercial side of the same data: account, opportunity and collection counted the same way on both sides. Integrated and reconciled with finance, so there is only one version of the truth.

CRMIntegration

Business consulting

Before the development, the question: why does this close take eleven days, why does the forecast not add up, who actually reads that report. More often than not the answer is not software.

02 — Work

Six things that are
running right now

All in production, all with real users. The first three sit on top of Oracle Fusion and only open with the user's own credentials, so what you see here is what they do, not anybody's data.

Oracle FusionFinancial close

Close Dashboard

A GO / NO-GO signal per ledger and period. It cross-checks the period status of GL, AP, AR, fixed assets and cash against the transactions still unaccounted in each subledger, and says whether the ledger can be closed —and if not, exactly what is blocking it. The executive panel does not wait for the slow blockers: progress comes up first.

12-week forecast
Oracle Fusion

Collections

A twelve-week collections forecast over the AR book. It computes the balance as of the cut-off date by unwinding later applications and adjustments, and converts it into the ledger currency at that day's rate. Latest reconciliation against the standard Cloud report: 0.2 % difference, and accounted for.

Receivables · Incident investigation

The model reads the Jira incident and whatever was investigated before, proposes read-only queries, runs them with the credentials of whoever is asking against the environment they pick —production, test or development— and returns a report that is stored as knowledge for the next one. Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini, your pick.

AIProduct

VoiceFront

A voice receptionist for small businesses: it answers the phone and WhatsApp around the clock, holds a real conversation and never drops a call. Under a second of latency and set up in minutes, with no code to write.

Misano Roadbook 2026

A 4,581 km motorcycle trip planned the way you plan a close: every leg measured point to point, the daily split balanced so no stage runs past eight hours, and the result exported to GPX to carry on the handlebars. With a route editor on top of the map to change the plan and recompute everything.

OpenPWA

Free Roadbook

A motorcycle roadbook for any route: computed once with signal, after which the instructions and the voice keep working with no data. It tells you whether the bend is sharp, a right angle or a hairpin, and which exit to take off the roundabout. It comes through the intercom, so you never look at the screen.

03 — How I work

Four steps, and no
twelve-month project

Most of these applications started as a conversation and were in the user's hands within weeks, not quarters.

Understand the process

Sit down with whoever closes the month or chases the payment and watch how they do it today, spreadsheet and shortcuts included.

Find it in the data

Rebuild the figure from the ERP tables until it reconciles against the standard report. And if it does not, know why.

Build the satellite

A small application that does one thing well, reads live with the user's credentials and stores nothing of its own.

Put it in production

Published, with its own domain and access, and tuned alongside the people using it through the first weeks of real use.

Tell me what
does not add up

A close that keeps stretching, a forecast that never quite lands, a process still living in a spreadsheet. If it can be fixed I will tell you, and if it cannot I will tell you that too.
