This legal notice sets out the terms governing access to and use of the website adilcotech.com and its subdomains, in compliance with article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

This site is informational: it presents the owner's professional activity and a selection of completed work. No products or services are sold through it, there is no online contracting process, and no personal data is collected through forms.

Access to the site is free of charge and confers user status. Users undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, this legal notice and good faith, refraining from using it for unlawful purposes or from damaging, disabling or overloading the systems that support it.

Some links lead to applications that require their own access credentials. Use of those applications is governed by the agreement between the owner and the relevant organisation, not by this legal notice.

The design of the site, its texts, its source code, the images produced by the owner and the navigation structure belong to ADILCO TECH CENTER, S.L. or are used under licence, and are protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 approving the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Act, and by the applicable Spanish and European Union legislation.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of this content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the owner's express written authorisation. Viewing, printing and downloading for personal and private use is permitted.

The images illustrating the work section correspond to applications developed by the owner and show only landing screens, design examples or fictitious data. They do not reproduce confidential information or any client's personal or financial data. The dashboard and forecast representations on the home page are schematic illustrations, not real screenshots of any production system.

The maps shown in the mobility projects use data from OpenStreetMap © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL); tiles by Esri; routing by OSRM and geocoding by Nominatim. The Archivo, Instrument Sans and JetBrains Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
